ES0221 NPT Glitter Base is designed to enhance the look of glitter flakes when printed onto textiles. Glitter flakes are normally slightly subdued because of the clear base that surrounds the flakes. ES0221 will shrink away from the flake causing the sparkle to be more brilliant.
