RETURN POLICY

If you have received incorrect products, they have been damaged or are otherwise defective, please call us at 503-972-7911 from 9am – 5pm PST or email us at sales@rcscreenshop.com to arrange return.  Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid unless otherwise arranged.

All returns must be made within 30 days or be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  All items must be in new and unopened condition.  Custom orders such as PMS mixes or any special order items may not be returned except on condition of damage or defect.
